Office warehouses are the fundamentals of our service offering – and we seek to deliver each with emphasis on balancing functionality, ROI and aesthetics. The challenges of this project was to maximise site coverage while managing the 3m site contour, substantial overland flow easements, and protecting underlying Watercare assets. The impressive 10m cantilevered canopy adds value to easement area without inhibiting overland flow. The fibre reinforced concrete yard adds durability, while contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of the finished build.
